Pathways is dedicated to empowering the needy that are impoverished and unemployed in the USA. Our commitment to employment stability for our volunteers, clients and employees should service as a model and be encouraging to all.
Pathways places it in the thriving Phoenix area, which is growing at a rate of more than three times the national average. This rapid growth rate indicates a strong need for new services articulating with the proposed job additions within the United States, this will fulfill the needs of the unemployed and under-trained citizens in our communities after training.
As a nonprofit organization we were implemented to assist the poverty strickened in the USA become self sufficient. The program provides vocational training, job placement, self sufficiency and community volunteer strengthening. Pathways is dedicated to providing these services to the needy that are currently unemployed.
Who we serve - Our clients are unemployed individuals currently at or below the established federal poverty level. Participants will consist of but not limited to Seniors, Veterans, Homeless, Disabled, Students, Welfare, Job Seekers under 18 years of age, Prior Criminal Record, Under-Trained, Military, Post Rehabilitation, Vocational Rehabilitation and Unemployment Recipients.
